Shalom,
It's interesting that many today view lack of adversity as a blessing from G-d. But is that correct? Yeshua, the ultimate manifestation of rightousness, said we would have tribulation in this world, and that if they hate you, they hated him first.
Last week I was offered a severence from work. It was clear that if I did not choose to take it, it would only be a matter of time before the choice would not be mine.
Emotions are mixed, honestly any change creates an initial fear. Then we remember that nothing is allowed to happen to us that we cannot bear.
Others in the Congregation are in similiar situation. While I cannot "fix-it", I can understand as we walk through this challenge together.
Remember - "He who is in us, is greater then he who is in the world"

Amen, friend! I've been through that sad change several times here in Atlanta after the so-called 'dot com wars' of the 90's and 9/11, so I know well what you're going through. Just know that Adonai has not forsaken His people, least of all you, and that He will never leave you nor forsake you! I believe this will be a season of refreshing and blessing and not the typical stressful, worried time that so many believers go through. Trust in the L-rd with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; acknowledge Him in alll your ways, and He will direct your paths."
